On-Site water pump performance testing using a Wirfs Industries mobile test trailer.

We utilize a mobile pump test trailer to conduct pump testing to NFPA 1910, Chapter 22. We can test 3-5 pumps per day.

Pump Test

• Vacuum Test
• Internal Relief Valve Test
• Tank to Pump Flow Test
• Pump Shift Mechanism
• 100% Capacity Test
• Overload Test (If Required)
• 70% Capacity Test
• 50% Capacity Test
• Generator is Loaded to at Least 50% During Capacity Tests.
• Gauge Accuracy Test 
• An Electronic Inspection Report will be Available Immediately Following the Fire Pump Test Inspection.
